Program Structure & Curriculum Duration: 12 months
- Masterclass Series: Delivered every month, covering foundational sciences, evidence-based medicine, clinical presentations, and exam techniques.
- Written & Practical Exit Exam: Final assessment comprises an SBA-style written exam based on the MRCEM Primary blueprint and a practical (OSCE-style) clinical examination.
- Successful completion enables entry into the three-year flagship MRCEM training track, progressing through MRCEM intermediate SBA and OSCE leading to the MRCEM degree.
- Fellows can be awarded a monthly stipend during the Fellowship.

- Masterclass Delivery: UK trained NHS faculty will deliver all monthly masterclasses virtually, with interactive and case-based teaching.
- Fellows will have free access to in-person training workshops.
- Local Coordination: Partner Hospital clinical faculty will support onsite coordination, supervise practical clinical activities, and reinforce curriculum alignment.
